3 Mods for a new academy are supposed to be enough for now at lest , and since you are expert with being admin/mod then you should know that already . Your activity is noticed in RG and thats good , incase one of our Moderators went inactive you may take his place or if we gor more members and activity we may need a 4th moderator after all.
